DESCRIPTION


Accept inbound customer service calls — while enjoying the convenience and comfort of your home. You'll have the privilege of operating from a location of your choosing, even while unwinding on vacation.

Skills for success

  • Self-motivated no supervisor will be peering over your shoulder
  • Inbound calls to assist customers with orders, the status of an order, repairs, information, recommendations, and more.
  • Patience and empathy
  • Easily manage stress, able to work under pressure, and adapt to adverse situations
  • Be knowledgeable and friendly
  • Have experience working in customer service

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls to assist customers placing an order.
  • Assist customers checking an order status.
  • Assist customers inquiring about a repair.
  • Assist customers seeking product information/recommendations.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues

Qualifications

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week (may require weekends)
  • Must have a quiet distraction free work environment
  • Must have minimum computer specifications or better as needed by client (NO Mac or Chromebooks)
  • Must have a USB headset with microphone (required for training)
  • Must have a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
  • Must have a phone service
  • Must be able to purchase a call center noise cancelling phone
